After several years of tending to patients in the comfort of their homes, she decided to open her own practice. Dr. Rodriguez’s vision was to be South Texas’ premier pet care provider while educating the community on increasing the standard of pet care.

 Dr. Rodriguez aimed to build a practice rooted in compassion and optimism. Integrating the latest technology and exclusive services, the clinic would showcase her commitment to caring for her client’s companions. Moreover, she sought to dispel the myth of being perceived as a new doctor. It was necessary that she was recognized as a seasoned veterinarian with a state-of-the-art clinic that enhances the well-being of her furry patients.

Strategy

By incorporating the name ‘Laredo’ at the forefront, the brand would highlight her community involvement and give the impression that this is the communities’ clinic choice. The term ‘Pet Vet’ was coined from tying the service to the client, reflecting Dr. Rodriguez sole focus on the well-being of her client’s pets.

The ‘Laredo Pet Vet’ brand cultivated an environmental design that was both inviting and modern, adorned with enticing vibrant colors. The space would serve not only as a welcoming area, but one of trust and comfort for clients bringing their pet to a ‘new’ doctor.
