Before Dr. CC’s Tooth Factory, a pediatric dentistry in Laredo, Texas, opened for business, Dr. Christian Cabello (Dr. CC) envisioned a unique approach for her practice. Dr. CC aimed to create an atmosphere centered around the tooth fairy concept. Her primary concern when opening up her practice was to ensure children would feel safe about going to the dentist, taking into consideration the most common fear associated with dentistry. This inviting clinic would not only alleviate children’s fears, but also relieve parents’ stress about their children’s dental health.
Strategy
Dr. CC enlisted the professional and creative minds at PMDG to execute a plan that ranged from creative development to environmental design. PMDG dedicated themselves to aligning the plan with Dr. CC’s vision and values, positioning her practice as the premier choice for pediatric dentistry in the community.
Working on Dr. CC’s idea, PMDG developed a name that could be easy, catchy, and fun to remember. Over meetings and discussions, PMDG skillfully integrated Dr. CC’s name and the tooth fairy theme to forge Dr. CC’s Tooth Factory, complete with a narrative involving employees as tooth ambassadors working with the fairies to collect the healthiest teeth.
In addition, PMDG developed the logo and environmental design of the practice to reflect the storyline, employing colorful aesthetics that invites children into an area of fun and excitement, dispelling any fears of the dentists’ chair.
Results
Dr. CC’s Tooth Factory experienced overwhelming success, launching Dr. CC as Laredo’s premier pediatric dentist. Upon entering the office, patients feel as though they have stepped into a tooth factory, witnessing Dr. CC’s dedicated efforts alongside the tooth fairy to collect shiny, healthy teeth.
